During this session you will experience: -Somatic practices to gently release stress and reconnect with your body - Breathwork to regulate your nervous system, quiet the mind, and promote deep relaxation -Sound healing using crystal singing bowls and therapeutic instruments to encourage a meditative state and support the body’s natural healing process Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally drained, struggling with sleep, or simply in need of a peaceful reset, this experience offers a safe space to slow down, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.
